To advance high-standard opening-up and promote China-Africa common development, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Tariff Law of the People's Republic of China, China will apply zero tariffs to products originating from 20 African countries that have established diplomatic ties with China and are not classified as least developed countries.

This policy shall take effect from May 1, 2026 to April 30, 2028.
